Secure payments powered by Stripe

Stripe provides the secure hosted checkout and recurring payment infrastructure. Spaces does not store your full card number.

Everything included

One plan. The whole product.

Spaces is deliberately priced as a simple operational platform rather than a collection of paid modules. The £50 annual school licence includes the core functionality we currently provide.

Unlimited staff and users

Timetable and room bookings

Schedule Sweep for recurring bookings

Asset management and fault tickets

Digital signage

Timetable import and export

CSV, TSV, TXT, JSON and supported structured formats

Administration, roles and site management

Trusts

£50 per school works for trusts too.

Trust pricing is simply the same school price multiplied by the number of schools using Spaces. There is no separate MAT tariff and no per-pupil calculation.

5 schools

£250/year

20 schools

£1,000/year

50 schools

£2,500/year

A school is counted once for its Spaces licence, regardless of how many staff members use it.

Integrations

Import your timetable. No native MIS integration required.

Spaces does not currently provide native integrations with SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, Compass or other MIS providers. Instead, we support timetable imports from exported files in formats such as CSV, TSV, TXT and JSON, alongside other supported structured formats.

If your MIS export is not recognised or needs preparation, our Digital Support team can assist with the import process and help you get the timetable into a supported format.

Where Spaces fits

Built for the schools we serve today.

Spaces currently targets small secondary schools and primary schools. We deliberately focus on room, resource, timetable and operational management rather than trying to become a full MIS.

We are not currently offering full native integrations through services such as Wonde or Groupcall Xporter. Export-based timetable migration lets schools use Spaces without requiring those integrations.

Payment transparency

How we process your payment

When a school or trust administrator chooses to subscribe, Spaces sends the customer to Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Stripe collects and processes the payment details and manages the recurring annual charge. We do not build or operate our own card-payment form.

1. You choose Spaces

The authorised purchaser selects the number of schools covered by the subscription.

2. Stripe handles payment

Payment details are entered into Stripe's hosted checkout, not stored as full card details by Spaces.

3. Spaces receives billing status

Spaces receives the subscription status and dates required to provide the licensed service.

Stripe may collect and process information required for payment, fraud prevention, billing and regulatory purposes. Your payment relationship is therefore partly with Stripe as the payment service provider and with the Spaces operator for the software subscription.

Why £50?

We keep Spaces lean so schools don't have to pay for infrastructure they don't need.

We host our platforms ourselves and design Spaces around relatively small operational data models. Spaces is not intended to hold pupil records, parent information or large volumes of educational records. We store the information necessary to operate the service, such as organisation, site, room, booking, asset, ticket and account information.

That keeps the service comparatively inexpensive to operate. The £50 annual price is designed primarily to cover hosting, infrastructure, support and the ongoing running of the platform, with a small amount left over as a sustainable margin. FrogSystems Group is not a large software business, and we want the price to reflect that.

Small footprint. Straightforward pricing. No unnecessary data collection.
